Don't listen to her! She's just trying to get you to drop everything and grab the first "rooter" available, then when it's all said and done she'll start making fun of you for not having any standards.
Whatever you do, don't do a "Fight Club" and put a gun in your mouth to shoot a hole in your cheek to silence "her". Just ignore her, but if she comes after you with nunchucks, run!

Very funny! I confess that I actually had to Google "root" and found the meaning on an Australian slang page.
Incidentally, it is totally untrue that men will root anything that moves. Men will root anything female that moves. ;)
