And She Was

Quite frankly.
I always thought I was the girl in the song 'And She Was' by Talking Heads (one of my favourites). David Byrne is masterful - even though he can't quite seem to get the fashion right. I've been thinking about this song a lot lately.

This song brings good memories! Different time, different place, but all good.

Another great pick Mez. I like all the memories that your song picks remind me of.

"And she Was" was just after I left school. I was driving the family crap car - bought because we were building a house and needed a car for...crap - a faded mustard yellow datsun panel van and living in share house. My big seducation technique was to take girls up onto the roof of the building to see the Brisbane River at night.

It worked quite well but pashing on top of 4 story roof was a little precarious.
